The Howards work in the Santo Domingo West Mission Office
Elder and Sister Howard
Quilden and Alora Howard are from Blackfoot, Idaho. They served previously as CES missionaries in Spain. Brother Howard learned Spanish as a young missionary and Sister Howard works really hard at it and does quite well even though some of her 'c's sound like 'th' like they speak in Spain. She knows this and laughs about it. She is very musical. Part of their office responsibilities are handling the finances for that mission.
