The youth of a local ward did a patriotic dance program for us as well as some merangue. Merangue is sort of a hula and square dance to a samba beat.

There is a lot of pride in their country and their flag.

The opposite side are Dominican flags just like there were Chevron flags with Olympic symbols on the other side during the Olympics in Utah.
