Slow construction

Sign recently posted on the temple gate.
The sign says it all!
Construction of our new temple parking lot was supposed to be done in
December, but is still only half done, after six months' work. It seems
every square of cement they lay has to be broken up with jack hammers
and replaced two or three times! Maybe this sign on the temple gate
explains why...
Forthose who do not know Spanish, it reads, "Slow Construction".
