Verbal description of a sign seen on a drive to the store last Saturday. No photo, darn it!
Sign said, "Zona Wi-Fi -- gratis. Secretario de estado por joventude." Translation, for you non-Spanish-speakers: "Free Wi-Fi Zone. Secretary of State for Youth." That's right! The national government here has a special Secretary of State for youth, who does things like providing free wi-fi zones! How cool is that? If a flat-broke, "third world" country like the Dominican Republic can do it, why can't the State of Utah?
